Getting Started

Welcome to AI Marketing Base. This platform consolidates all your AI automation tools into one dashboard. Before you begin, ensure you have completed your Onboarding steps to connect your primary accounts.

Prerequisites

  • Meta Connection: Required for Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp bots.
  • Phone Provider: Required for the AI Voice Chatbot (Phone Capture).
  • Voice Provider: Required for AI Voice synthesis.

AI Voice Chatbot

The AI Voice Chatbot allows you to answer calls, qualify contacts, and book appointments over the phone using human-like AI voices.

Configuration Steps

  1. Voice Agent Setup: Go to the module and use the simplified setup wizard. Select a voice template (Receptionist, Sales, etc.) and choose a voice.
  2. Phone Number: You will need to purchase and link a dedicated phone number via Phone Provider integration in the "Configuration" tab.
  3. Prompts: Use the "Prompts" tab to customize the script. The AI uses this system prompt to understand its persona and goals.
Pro Tip: Use the "Rebuild from Template" button in the Prompts tab to reset the AI's instructions to a proven industry standard if you get stuck.

Social AI Assistants

Automate replies and contact capture on Instagram, Facebook, and WhatsApp.

Instagram & Facebook

Connects via your Facebook Page. Replies to DMs and comments automatically.

  • Go to /connections to link your Facebook account.
  • Use the "Test Bot" feature in the module to verify responses before going live.

WhatsApp

Engages users on WhatsApp. Requires a Business Account.

  • Ensure your number is verified in the Meta Business Manager.
  • Configure the system prompt to handle "out of office" hours if needed.

Website AI Concierge

A chat bubble for your website that captures visitor information and syncs it to your CRM.

Installation

Copy the embed code from the Configuration tab and paste it before the closing </body> tag of your website.

RAG Chatbot

Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) allows the bot to answer questions based on your specific documents and knowledge base.

How it Works

  1. Upload Documents: Go to the "Files & Docs" tab (formerly Contacts & Knowledge) in the RAG module.
  2. Indexing: The system automatically processes and indexes your PDFs/Docs.
  3. Chatting: When a user asks a question, the bot retrieves relevant chunks from your documents to form an answer.

Contact Nurturing & Closing

Turn cold contacts into closed deals using automated follow-ups and scoring.

Scoring System

Contacts are assigned a score (0-100) based on their interactions.

  • +10 points for opening an email.
  • +20 points for clicking a link.
  • +50 points for booking an appointment.

Closing Workflows

Configure automated SMS and email sequences in the "Contact Nurturing" module to follow up with contacts who haven't converted after 24 hours.


Outreach & Content

Personalized Outreach: Upload a CSV of contacts to send personalized bulk emails/SMS.
Content Automation: Schedule and auto-post AI-generated content to your social media channels.


API Connections

Connect AI Marketing Base to your existing CRMs and communication platforms to streamline your marketing operations.

HubSpot CRM

Sync contacts and interactions automatically with HubSpot.

  1. Navigate to the /connections page.
  2. Click Connect on the HubSpot integration card.
  3. Log in to your HubSpot account and select the portal you wish to sync.
  4. Grant the requested permissions (`Contacts` and `Timeline` access).

Google (Gmail & Calendar)

Enables the AI to check your schedule and send automated email outreach.

  1. Navigate to /connections and select the Google integration.
  2. Authorize AIMB to access your Google Calendar and send emails.
  3. Ensure you authorize the gmail.send scope to enable contact outreach.

Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

Launch AI-powered agents and assistants on your business pages.

  1. Connect your Facebook Business Account via the /connections page.
  2. Select the specific Pages and Instagram accounts you want the AI to manage.
  3. Ensure you have granted "Manage Messages" permissions during the OAuth flow.

Telephony & Compliance (Twilio)

The AI Voice Agent handles inbound and outbound calls through a partitioned telephony model:

  • AI Local Numbers: Acquisitions a new local number for your agent via a secure subaccount. This is the fastest way to accept inbound calls.
  • Custom Twilio (BYOT): Required for using existing business numbers or engaging in outbound dialing campaigns.
  • Compliance (TCPA/A2P): When sending outbound communications, you are responsible for Brand and Campaign registration via the Twilio Trust Center.
